All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time for order verification and payment processing. Orders are only shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Our typical shipping time for orders is between 9–15 business days. Due to our partnership with global suppliers, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! In some cases, expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that shipping fees may apply to international orders, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available, as it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking to update in the system.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping times can vary from 9 to 20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties or taxes in your country. These charges are outside of our control and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
Delays
While we strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volumes. We will notify you of any significant shipping delays and do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct, and if necessary, use a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders as they may have already been processed and shipped.
Packaging
All items are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure privacy and security. We do not include any promotional material or pricing information in the package.
